Who we are
Chatloom is built by Frontbits LLC, a software studio based in Sharjah, in the United Arab Emirates. We design and build websites, custom software, dashboards and AI automations for small and growing businesses. That's why Chatloom answers in Arabic as naturally as in English, and hands over on WhatsApp: Chatloom for UAE businesses.
Working with business owners, we kept seeing the same thing: their websites brought in questions faster than they could answer them. Prices, opening hours, delivery, bookings, "where's my order?". So we built the assistant we wanted to give them: one that learns a business in minutes, answers honestly, and knows when to bring in a person.
Chatloom is powered by Claude, from Anthropic, and runs on infrastructure we chose for reliability and privacy. It's built and run by our founder, so when you write to us, you'll hear back from the person who made it.
