Will it give tax advice?
It shouldn't. Tell it in its instructions to refer personal tax questions to your team. It answers from your own content about services, fees and process, and says when it isn't sure.
Can clients send documents through the chat?
No. The chat is for questions and enquiries. Keep documents, tax ID numbers and bank details in your normal secure client portal or email process.
Can prospects book a call?
Yes. Connect your Cal.com or Calendly page and they pick a time in the chat. Otherwise Chatloom collects their details so your team can call them.
