Can I keep notes about each pet?
Yes. Each owner gets a profile with their visits and your team's private notes and tags, such as the pet's name, breed or temperament.
What happens with a sick or injured pet?
It never diagnoses. Owners describing an emergency are told to call you or the nearest emergency vet straight away, and other health questions are passed to your team.
Does it reply in Arabic?
Yes. Clients can write in Arabic, English or 10 other languages and it replies in theirs, using the information you give it. The booking card is translated too.
